Soak rice for 30 mins and keep them aside
In cooker or wok add butter and fry almonds
Keep them aside
Now add cinnamon stick , cloves , jeera ,bay leaf , green cardamom and big cardamom
Add green chilli
Add chopped coriander leaves
Add soaked rice
Add water and salt
Let it cook for 15-18 mins
Add almonds after it gets properly cooked
Your jeera rice is ready!!!
