Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 bay leaf


  • 2-3 cloves


  • 2-3 green cardamom


  • 1 big cardamom


  • 2-3 green chili


  • 1 and half tbsp salt


  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves


  • 2 cup rice


  • 2 tbsp ghee


  • 1 cinamom stick


  • 2 and half water


  • 7-8 almonds

Directions

  • Soak rice for 30 mins and keep them aside
  • In cooker or wok add butter and fry almonds
  • Keep them aside
  • Now add cinnamon stick , cloves , jeera ,bay leaf , green cardamom and big cardamom
  • Add green chilli
  • Add chopped coriander leaves
  • Add soaked rice
  • Add water and salt
  • Let it cook for 15-18 mins
  • Add almonds after it gets properly cooked
  • Your jeera rice is ready!!!
